Welcome to Serenita Estate, Mount Clear.

In consultation with Ballarat City Council and Corangamite Catchment Authority, Serenita took over 18 months to design and be approved. Serenita comprises 39 homes with an average of 27 building squares each and very spacious back yards. We have combined building and development experience of over 32 years and we have specialised in the past by doing infill development sites. Unlike other builders who 'rush' to get the house completed so that they can get drawdown funds, the construction by our construction employees is done right the first time. In the last 9 years we have only ever been called back to one of our houses to rectify a very minor issue in a bathroom. So, in other words, we take an enormous amount of pride in getting the job done correctly the first time. All the tradespeople we employ we pay well over the industry standard – this results in them not rushing to finish the job and taking pride in the houses we build.
