Our nine thoughtfully designed architectural house plans have been designed with you in mind, no matter if you are a family, an owner/occupier or an investor. All designs have an abundant amount of storage, very large independent bedrooms, overly generous living areas, spacious and open kitchens and eating areas. The majority of house and land packages contain fantastic secluded undercover outdoor entertaining areas overlooking private bushland, more than enough room to set up your BBQ and 10 piece outdoor dining setting.

You choose your fi tout for free

At your leisure we invite you to travel to our new 4000 square metre Port Melbourne Display Centre where you will be overcome with choice in finishing your new home. We will arrange for you to spend as much time as you need with one of our wonderful qualified Interior Design team members, where you will be shown through an abundant range of high quality home finishes to be fitted into your new home.

Loads of space

As you assess your various house and land purchasing options, you will notice most (if not all) similar in style house and land packages, only have the minimum private open space requirement, which is a tiny 40sqm and normally concreted.

In stark contrast the boutique house and land packages we have designed for you, on average, have at least three times the private open space or 120sqm, and in some cases, over 8 times the minimum requirement.

This is more than enough land for the kennel of your family dog, a tool shed for the self-proclaimed “master of the house”, a separate vegie garden, flower garden and a sand pit for the kids.

Private and Secure Playgrounds

This is without doubt a child-friendly boutique development, so much so, and uniquely to Ballarat, we have chosen to set aside two large areas for a designated private playground for Mum, Dad and the kids to use. The areas have comfortable chairs for Mum and Dad and a safety first array of swings and climbing sets for the kids.

Private and Secluded Undercover BBQ area

Wow – what a feature. A truly amazing, huge under-cover BBQ pavilion with sitting room for 12 people for use all year round. It can be used for kid’s parties, watching the AFL Grand Final, watching outdoor movies or for any celebration that you want. 

Engineered Construction

All of our architectural designs have been certified by our independent, fully qualified and professionally indemnified engineers. As part of your building permit we will provide you with your address specific “Engineering Certification Certificate” pertaining to the structural integrity of your new house. This will not only provide you with enormous peace of mind, but also an invaluable tool of passing on this level of comfort to any potential purchaser, if in the future you wish to sell your home and upgrade.

 We are very proud to be able to announce that under no circumstances have we, or will we ever construct your slab out of a waffle pod construction method. We simply refuse to do so. Your slab will be Certified by our independent engineers and will be designed and built as a “conventional” slab. There is no doubt that a conventional slab is substantially more expensive than a waffle pod slab, however, our conventional slabs do not and most importantly will never “heave” like the stories you have heard of waffle pod slabs heaving.
