Engineered Construction

All of our architectural designs have been certifi ed by our independent, fully qualifi ed and professionally indemnifi ed engineers. As part of your building permit we will provide you with your address specifi c “Engineering Certifi cation Certifi cate” pertaining to the structural integrity of your new house. This will not only provide you with enormous peace of mind, but also an invaluable tool of passing on this level of comfort to any potential purchaser, if in the future you wish to sell your home and upgrade.

We are very proud to be able to announce that under no circumstances have we, or will we ever construct your slab out of a waffl e pod construction method. We simply refuse to do so. Your slab will be Certifi ed by our independent engineers and will be designed and built as a “conventional” slab. There is no doubt that a conventional slab is substantially more expensive than a waffl e pod slab, however, our conventional slabs do not and most importantly will never “heave” like the stories you have heard of waffl e pod slabs heaving.

As you assess your various house and land purchasing options, you will notice most (if not all) similar in style house and land packages, only have the minimum private open space requirement, which is a tiny 40sqm and normally concreted. In stark contrast the boutique house and land packages we have designed for you, on average, have at least three times the private open space or 120sqm, and in some cases, over 8 times the minimum requirement. This is more than enough land for the kennel of your family dog, a tool shed for the self-proclaimed “master of the house”, a separate vegie garden, fl ower garden and a sand pit for the kids.
