Previous Projects

Ideally situated in the centre of Ballarat’s busy business district is the Bentley on Peel Project.The site is located on three street fronts, Steinfeld Street, Peel Street South and Haymes Crescent.Located on the site are some of Ballarat’s oldest homes including Ballarat’s first wheelwright shop which dates back to 1864.

This project is also situated in the significantly important heritage overlay precinct. The project took over 2 years and 500 combined hours with the Ballarat City Council to agree the final set of extremely intricate plans for the restoration of seven existing heritage listed homes and 24 new townhouses.

The project had such significance to the Ballarat community, Senior Heritage Councillor Susan Fayad in conjunction with the City of Ballarat and the Federal Government commissioned a short documentary on the project. Please click on link to view
